A few minor modifications to my new 2800BH.
With storage always being an issue I made a few cabinet modifications and added drawers to the refrigerator.
Plastic sliding drawers (no drill) adjustable. $36 for 2, 5 min install.

I have reviewed a number of battery disconnect threads and the escape book.
My general question:
If i store my trailer in the driveway is it ok to keep it always connected to my garage power?
I read that if i store the trailer for over a week the battery should be in the
“Disconnect”...
Just bought a 2024 Momentum 23g this year. It came with 2 x 200W solar panels, and a WFCO WF-5220 2000W Inverter (pictured, on the floor).
I opened up the access panel in the front external storage compartment, and found a lot of empty space above the inverter and next to the solar controller...
I am looking for a good fitting cover
for my 5240. I have tried a class c cover that fit my measurements, but it turned out to be too large. I think it is because of the BT Cruiser's shape and low profile. I am thinking that a campervan cover may be too small because of it's width. Any...
Hey Everyone!
I need some help as the 2000 Eagle model I bought was gutted before I got my hands on it. I am looking for inspo pics or dimensions from other peoples Eagle models for the couch framing.
As you can see in the first image it was totally empty but the guy did have the couches that...
Found some tubs at the Target that fit nicely in my wardrobe closet. The doors just are able to close and the tubs take up pretty much all the available squarish space. 1970 8' NCO
It looks like you can fit 4, but you can't. You will run into the sloped "roof" of the wardrobe. Might make a...
Escape no longer offers additional storage for your trailer after the free-of-charge month following the agreed completion date.:-[
Received this in an email from Escape.
Thought folks would like to know.
Cheers.......and Happy Trails to ya......:eggrv:
Looking for suggestions on best procedure to store fridge between trips. We always propped the doors open during storage with our last camper to prevent mold and mildew but that isn’t possible with the slide configuration of our new model.
After our first trip we towel dried the fridge and...
So... our last toy hauler (not GD) had hydraulic lifts under the queen bed that allowed us to lift the mattress up and use the space underneath it for storage. In our new 28G trailer, the box under our bed seems like it is a ton of wasted space with zero access to it. Does anyone know if this...
I kind of figured the 165W panel and MPPT charger would keep my battery topped off when I stored my camper for 2+ weeks between outings. But in what appears to me that the wiring isn't connected how I would have. When the battery is disconnected using the battery disconnect in the storage...
NOTE: Interior height is only 5'10". If you and yours are under 5'10" tall, this is a great package. Also, the camper was designed primarily for fall, winter, & spring use. As such, we DID NOT install a sink, water system, toilet, refer, or cook-top. The camper design maximizes storage and...
I have looked at some of the responses about trailer covers pro and con. I am probably in the con camp because of the moisture and the hassle.
BUT Since I store my trailer amidst a bunch of pine trees, I would like to keep the sap off the roof (as much as possible) and also the needles.

Hello ,
I'm just waiting for my Hawk to be finished Oct 22 ,I'm in the planning stages for my set up .
I have a 2019 Ford F-250 4x4 short bed. I have a full size spare underneath 35's.
I was considering putting the spare up on one of the tire swing outs on the rear ( Wilco is one...
We would like to change out the tumblers in the outdoor compartment doors. I understand the RVLock system won't work. We went the LatchIt route for the main door, works well. Wondering if anyone has changed out the tumblers for these doors? What product did you use and, how are they working...
In a few weeks, I’m looking forward to a multi-week trip down the Oregon coast with my Imagine 2400BH and wanted to get better access to the storage area under the dinette seating without requiring friends and family to leave their seats at the table. So far we've been using long plastic bins...
Can someone please provide me with the inside dimensions of the front storage compartment of 2020-22 337 RLS models? I also need the dimensions of the door opening. I'm in the planning stages of installing RV solar components here; however, the 2021 337 that I purchased won't be transported to...
I have a 2021 Imagine 23BHE and want to get the MorRyde sliding cargo trays to install myself. They have a number of sizes and if anybody has specifics on the model number they successfully installed, that would be great. Also, they say that the lip clearance is 1.6" without buying the riser...
Hi All, nearing the end of my build and the table options are keeping me awake! I have searched the Forum to find great information but nothing exact so I thought I would ask the community.
5.0TA build - I thought of purchasing the Marine Pedestal due to it's sturdiness and ease of collapsing...
Hi Escapees!
We take delivery of our 5.0 in early May, 2022 and are pretty stoked! Because I flop around in my sleep a lot, we have elected to delete the queen bed and have purchased two twin beds instead. Unfortunately there's not enough room for twin beds side by side at the head end because...
Hi all,
Wondering if anyone can recommend a flat storage bin that fits under a rear bench seat in a van.
9" high max in my case.
I'm looking for something that is relatively heavy duty as I would like the bin to be large (approx. 23x30") and stick out into my trunk space where it would get...
New member here with Grand Design Solitude 372wb. This is our first rig and new to RVing. We are keeping our RV in an indoor storage unit for our first winter. (Another story but: we were broken into at our outdoor storage unit within the first couple of months of owning and tore the door off...
Does anyone have suggestions for building a pad to park a trailer for the winter? Does a gravel/stone pavement help eliminate moisture problems and tire rot? And is it best to block the tires off the ground?
New to me 2005 Endura We love the coach, but for an “upscale” Super C the Cab is surprisingly spartan - like straight out of a furniture outlet delivery truck. I haven’t had much luck finding aftermarket upgrade parts and accessories specifically for the Kodiak/TopKick. Thought a thread...
We just got our 17A and have discovered a problem with the storage area under the permanent bed. It is a large area with no outside access. Surely things will be moving around in transit and we're wondering how we will retrieve things after they move. AND there is a cabinet door that isn't the...
