Hi Mark,
We're looking for a used Grandby, will need refrigeration and heat (along with a few other things like a fan-tastic fan and roof rack, extra battery) but I'm assuming those would be easy enough to retrofit.
Do you have photos to post? We're particularly interested in the lower level sleeping arrangement (roll over couch? How big is the lower bed when the couch is opened?). You can PM me.
