Lots of amenities: storage box on deck, 3-way fridge, furnace with thermostat, 2-burner stove that mounts inside or outside under awning, large water tank with water pump and sink, hot water heater with hot water bypass, outdoor shower, two pull out beds (queen and king), upgraded king mattress, two roof vents with roof fan, individual bed lights and fans, window curtains and privacy bed curtains, power and water hook-ups, dual battery system (bought new 6V batteries a couple months ago), battery monitor, spare tire, CD stereo / speakers with aux 2.5 mm chord, camper cover.
There is also a Xantrex 600 watt pure sine inverter installed which is negotiable.
