Further Reduced … now asking $19,750 for the Camper w/o Solar.
High end Solar system w/custom rack detailed below in post #3 add $1000.
Here is my 2018 Grandby Shell as ordered w/all options from FWC, & it’s extra contracted buildout options, listed below …
Camper dry weight 1200lbs. 2018 Truck payload capacity 2373 lbs. Truck/Combo detailed below in post #4.

Aluminum Jack brackets
Flush mount stove
Extra powered roof vent fan
8’ Side awning w/light
Yakima tracks only
Rear floodlights
Thermal pack
King slide out bed
Rollover couch
Forced air furnace
Camper battery system w/AGM Battery
Propane tanks

Contracted, after market, custom buildout options listed below …

Large pantry cabinet w/shelf, topped w/large, soft touch, self close, utility drawer
2 very large & deep storage drawers under the couch - passenger side (offers considerable convenience)
2 drop downs w/cubby storage - driver side
1 drop down cubby w/electrical access with “improved” Blue Sea 12 fuse panel - driver side
Pullout Marine faucet & SS sink w/cabinet containing plumbed 7gal water tank w/pump
Exterior sink drain & locking water tank fill
Wood deck - driver side offers refrigerator placement w/custom bracket/strap
Wood deck - driver side offers seat space w/cushion or future cabinet build option
Exterior mounted “Zero Declination” drop down shower tent - driver side.
Improved furnace thermostat offering lower temperature settings
Improved 40lb gas roof struts
Lagun mount swivel table w/custom fabricated SS mounting bracket
Dometic 2018 - CFX50W horizontal refrigerator - (2018 Retail price was $995)

The above Grandby Shell, if purchased today, w/ above FWC factory options, would equal $26,490. The 8% sales tax in Woodland, CA. would add $2120. The contracted buildout - labor plus materials, Dometic refrigerator - equals $4300. If you add the $4300 to the FWC price, the Camper would equal $30,790. With tax added it would be $33,000+.
My asking price is $19,750 but would consider legit offers. Solar system w/rack detailed below in post #3 add $1000.

The Camper offers near new, really clean condition. It’s very light weight for a Grandby which contains many/most desired camp options. FWC hard rock maple ply was used for all cabinets & drawers. This Camper offers more (measurable & convenient) storage than factory, fully loaded, slide-in FWC Camper’s I toured. It is very roomy inside as the cabinets do not extend into the aisle. In all, we had ~15 trips in total, of 3-4 night duration, since purchase.
I will pay to have my Camper removed, buyer pays for FWC install. I live 90 minutes from FWC facility in Woodland, CA.
Or if someone has access to camper jacks we can transfer near my home. I do not own jacks.
Note … I would consider meeting at another FWC facility, to transfer the Camper, within a day’s drive.

It’s still available. I’d be happy to chat & offer any info needed. Here’s a few more pics.
Shown is the Lagun table mount w/custom wall bracket & the 3 drop down cubbies on the drivers side.
Zero Declination shower curtain with glimpse of water fill & SS sink drain.

… A lightbulb actually flickered, for a minute, upstairs. My tailgate was removed to accommodate the Camper. F150 tailgate’s weigh ~50lbs. Addition by subtraction, this adds another 50lbs to my listed, door sticker, payload capacity of 2373 lbs. An extra 50lbs yields a usable ~2423 lbs of capacity. Subtract the Camper dry weight, of ~1200lbs, that leaves about ~1225lbs of available payload for humans, pets & gear. Food for thought if anyone is interested in my Truck/Camper Combo.

Is your truck/camper combo still available? If so, which engine is in the truck? 3.5L Ecoboost or the V8?

Yes, it is still available … 3.5L Ecoboost w/10 spd transmission. It has a +/- button on the driver’s side of the upright shift. This limits your top end gear. I use it uphill to prevent lugging & to gain instant lower gear acceleration. I use it downhill on the fly to help alleviate braking. It is a useful form of 10 spd “manual” control. My avg mpg, on a mountain trip, is ~14.5, towing a kayak trailer. Truck has ~13,900 miles. Upgraded E rated tires have ~6,000 miles, swapped @8,000 miles.
See Monroney Sticker below …

I'm in Florida, other wise I would buy it.

Will be driving to Colorado in late may. If it's still available we should talk.

It’s pending, fully expect it’s sale. Will post “Sale” when finalized or re-post to sell. Thanks
