5 lb. Propane Tank Mounting Question

With my new Project M, FWC put some gear tracks on the side. Does it make sense to attach a 5 lb. propane mounting bracket to the gear track? I don't want to drill into the side of the camper. Also, I do not have any options with one of those spare tire mounts that swing open. If my gear track idea is a good one does anyone know who has this kind of propane tank bracket?

i think ATC ? has a brkt that attaches to camper lift brkts on a conventional pop up. i had one, and worked, but sold, and dont have it in front of me for reference.
