why are lots in shelter cove so cheap? What's the deal here? Is it all hillside stuff?

Cheap ocean front lots ? I wanted to know how much $$ !!



Looked up some sites last night at home.

My very best friend at the time was a real estate salesman for Shelter Cove when they first started back in the '70's. He would fly there in a chartered plane. One time it crashed on take-off, but no one survived. Pilot forgot to remove the chocks from the wings.

Left a wife and unborn kid. Wife gave me his DT250 dirt bike.
