Back Porch Light

Here is an easy one for you all electrical types (of which I am not). The back "porch" light on our Ocelot does not work. When I check for power at the light, it is getting power no matter what position the rocker switch is in. I am assuming the LED light is bad and the switch is also bad. Looks like these type of lights are something like $10 - so easy to replace. Your opinion is appreciated.
