Camper Door Window Leak

Our late 2012 Granby had it's first leak this summer when we discovered a small puddle inside below the camper door window. Inspecting the exterior camper door window found no visible sealant on the driver's side lower corner. We tested the gap by inserting a narrow strip of paper and did not find a bottom in the gap. The window sealant gap was a manufacturing error which the rear door gutter and rear roof gutter protected for four years until the wind and rain hit the "right" spot. We applied silicon sealant around the lower 1/3 of the window to create a continuous gap free seal.
