I was talking to Ben the other day about a trip I made to Winkler's cabin in the Mojave National Preserve and had poked a 2 In. hole in my camper that went all the way through, luckily I had some white duct tape and you can't even see where the hole is. 4 or 5 days later here came a 2 Ft square box with a piece of outside skin and a new drain valve for the water tank. I had forgotten that I had mentioned to Ben about the drain valve being a little stiff. I didn't ask for these things, they just showed up on my door step, customer service just doesn't get any better than that, Thanks ATC.

i would have to agree 100%. ben and atc have been more then helpfull with all my inquiries...and i don't even have an atc! great guys, great company an dthey will surely be getting plenty of my business down the road!

About 15 years ago I backed into a tree branch and poked a hole in my camper on the driver's side rear... opened up access to an area between LPG compartment and the inside cabinet surface, beneath the counter. Duct tape got me home too, and then I installed a plastic access door (intended for electric cord storage/plug in) that I found at a local rv supply store... Kinda makes it my 'custom' camper... Someday I'll get a camera so I can show you.
