FYI, I just got back from DV last night & checked the link to road conditions you posted this morning, they were mostly all wrong. So it looks as though they may not update very often.

Well, we drove many of the roads they said were closed or impassable due to snow. We did find some washouts and snow/mud but we were able to make it past everything, granted the washouts were a bit hairy. Not saying to ignore the road report, but I would not cancel plans or change routes solely on the report. Keep tabs on the weather the week before you plan a trip there and if it looks like a lot of rain & snow then likely many of the high passes are impassable & there will be fresh washouts. I am not a Death Valley expert like some others on here, these are just my thoughts after our recent trip.
