Eagle Tacoma short bed fit?

Can the Eagle fit on a 2007 tacoma with a short bed 5'? Tailgate down?

Check with FWC,but I have seen some out there and have a friend in Montana and has had his ATC Bobcat (FWC Eagle similar) on this Taco.This is his second Taco that has carried the camper.Didn't have a problem with other truck just got a newer one.
He uses his truck for lots of long trips and no problems.

Thanks guys. FWC said tie downs would not match up and it places a bit too much weight on the back. They call for the Finch.

And you don't want to put the tailgate down because you will block the "hole" the Jack bar goes in to lower your spare tire.

I have a fleet on a 5' frontier. You could likely do it by adding old man emu heavy duty leafs in the rear or airbags. You need to be real careful about putting to much weight behind the rear wheels and unweighting the front end, This can result in terrible braking, steering and ultimately death . That's why finch/falcon campers last about 12-24 hours on craigslist.

I put dogs and beer in the cab of the truck and if my fleet was a little newer I would move the fridge and water tank to the front.

Torqlift has some good Tacoma camper tie down options if my memory serves me.
