I bought this tent about 7 months ago with the intent of putting it on my Ram 3500. However, my friend showed up unannounced, with his spiffy slide-in camper. And I quote my beautiful wife "how come they get an indoor bathroom and I have to go outside" (such a lady sometimes). I am now the proud owner of a 2006 Outfitter pop-up slide-in camper with the "indoor bathroom" and no longer in need of the RTT. Happy wife, happy life.
I've never used it. We opened it once when I bought it from an Expo member in the Bay Area. Its in great shape and everything works as it should. No rips or tears. I'm guessing its about 5 years with normal wear and tear. Below is a link for the specs.
I paid $1800.00 which I believe is a fair price and asking the same not trying to make a profit.

Side note-she was right, I love the camper.
