Extension brackets to mount jacks?

I just replaced my 2009 Ford F150STX with a 2013 version. I installed the camper myself and all seemed to go okay. When I put the camper on the truck today it was more than tedious as apparently the new truck is wider. I had about a half inch clearance on each side of the truck from the camper jacks. Whew.
Does anyone know how I could mount the jacks a little further out from the camper. Are there extension plates or something perhaps?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I went ahead and made extension plates out of 6” wide 1/4” thick flat bar. Drilled my holes 1” in on both sides this gave me an extra 4” more on each side of the truck. Mine are made of steel and are quite heavy, but I don’t leave my jacks on anyway, when the camper is on the truck.

Have a 2010 F250 and made plates like 57 Pan but found I only needed them on the front of the camper.

You can make your own plates with some .25” aluminum or steel bar, a hacksaw, and a drill.

Yes as mentioned above, make a set for the front, or Purchase extension plates pre-made from FWC.

Bought fwc ome ones an they came with all the hardware also....was worth it....
