Looks like a great build! I'm always happy to see folks building out the shell and semi-shell models, since my family will probably need a not-quite-standard layout.
Where/how did you locate the water and grey tanks?
I kept the water and grey water tanks very small for myself as I only use it to wash dishes after cooking on induction. I store them (2.5 gal each) under the sink with ratcheting tie downs with anchor points on the 80/20 aluminum.
Though I would note that there is plenty of room in the front of the camper if you were to want to place them where FWC traditionally places the water tank. Even some aluminum framing in the area that you could use as an attachment point.
interested in hawk and truck. like the build with less water weight more storage space and side dinette.
I live in Santa Fe but will be in Colorado next month.
