I'll be building my new floor pack shortly. I don't think the ford puck system would be good for anchoring the camper however it could be useful for centering the camper in terms of alignment and sliding (reducing the loads on the tiedowns). I'm thinking about building my floor pack with some bolted on "pins" to engage into the center and perhaps some of the side spots (rotational centering). I'll make these pins removable incase it ever needs to go on a different truck. Thoughts on this being useful or just an overkill waste of time?
