Looks like more controversy in the diesel powered vehicle world.

I suspect if you are an automotive manufacturer and have a diesel in your lineup, you can anticipate being investigated/sued. Look at the trail; VW, Ram/FCA, Ford.... one could argue the EPA is out to get diesel fuel especially given the prices we are seeing in Idaho. Diesel should cost less that gasoline.

I don't think the EPA is driving the issue. My guess is the attorneys see an opportunity for a payday, but anything at this time is just speculation. I'll wait to see what comes of it.

Attorneys proceed. Moves to class action. Ford settles suit. Attorneys make big bucks. Owners get little or nothing. The cost of doing business now is anticipating a lawsuit about something. My two cents.
