It's up for sale and it's a good box for someone. I bought it planning to "remodel" the inside. I've since gone with a Toyota and the big truck is work only. So I'm selling this guy. I kept it in my storage unit over the winter but I've had it outside since spring and there are zero leaks. It's dry.

I really like this one because it doesn't have much in it. Not many cabinets and no stove.

It's the older version I think it's a '99 or '98 because of the paperwork I have with it.

The top works perfectly. The vinyl and upholstery are perfect as well.

What it does have:
Dining table
Porta Potti
Privacy curtains
Blinds on the big window
Overhead lamps
Porch light
20lb Gas system with tank
35lb. self draining icebox
Queen size pullout bed
Double bed couch conversion
Large Radius side window
Roof vent
16,000 BTU furnace (wow that thing works!)
Gauged LP tank
front sliding window
Combo Roof rack (boat/luggage)
Camper Jacks
Rear folding steps

I'm in Bellingham, WA (90 miles North of Seattle)
$5500 OBO

was this on the market last Fall? Looks familiar. I am in Oregon and wish I could view it better. I've been looking for an older model like yours, but was wanting to spend less than $5000. Any chance on coming down on the price? Lisa 541-389-2439

Dude posted this for sale in September last year folks and hasn't ever check back in, you can pretty much bank on the fact its gone.
