FWC pop up warranty update

Finally got some positive action from Tom at FWC. They will repair the rivet areas as req'd and replace the vinyl pop up with a new one. I have to take it to where I had it delivered, they will then take it down to CA, replace & repair, then return. One big problem though... about 2 feet of snow where I have it stored for winter. Now have to wait untill spring thaw up here. I have an early trip planned to a lake as soon as ice is off it, chironimids eh, looks doubtfull now. If they had just given a quicker response a few weeks ago I would be a happier camper, could have easily got it out for pickup. Do not know the turn around time from pickup to return to me, just hope it is very prompt. Any guesses as to how long the return trip will take out there? I feel anything outside of 2 to 3 weeks is unacceptable.

you have done a smart thing by letting four wheel do the fixing on your camper. i have no idea how long it will take to deliver back to you as i dont work for them but i am impressed that they are shipping for warranty.
