Look it over carefully, but it does sound potentially very good. ATC would be a good place to do any repairs or upgrades. I’m betting Marty and/or Jeff built this camper.

That looks incredibly clean for a 21 year old camper. I looks like it sat in a garage for its entire life.

Check the canvas for any creases, stiff or brittle spots. If well maintained (rubbed down with 303 protectant) that material can last for another 10 years.

That does look like a good buy.Seems clean inside and out.
No damage issues from the pictures.

From looking at the pics there might be a slight bend in the roof near the front roof clamp on the right side. That can usually be fixed by judiciously bending it back in place as there are other posts from people who had a similar self-inflicted incident. Otherwise looks clean in pics. I own a similar vintage. Not sure why exterior roof is white in pics and not grey/silver, but owner may have used roof coating at some point. It's worth checking out.
