Headed to Death Valley March, 2014

Our first trip there and we've read most of the trip reports. We are planning on taking our road bikes (bicycles) and camping then riding some of the roads.

We'll have our dog, etc. too and looking for not to bad of off-road places to camp. We have a 4x4 Dakota with an Eagle FWC.

Not sure when the wildflowers will be in bloom but we're watching the "reports".

Kevin, be aware that DVNP is not dog friendly. They are only permitted on roads and in campgrounds, not on trails or in the back country. Chances are you'll not have issues if camping in the BC, but best to be aware.
