Hi,

I searched hot water issues but most were electronic or igniter-related. I have a 2012 Fleet. It has the hot water heater without the adjustable thermostat. It has the spark igniter.

When I flip the hot water switch I hear it ignite immediately. I can see a good whooshing flame when I open the inspection panel. But no hot water flows.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

First is the lever in the right position to keep water in the hot water tank and not flow back into your water tank, and second did you run the hot water faucet for 10+ minutes to make sure you have filled the hot water tank? I learned the hard way, by not getting the hot water tank full. The flame melted the aluminum tank causing the flame to back out. The flame burned wires and damaged the circuit board. Cost me over $750 to replace the hot water tank, wiring, and circuit board. I didn't get any hot water either and went out to investigate, finding flames where they shouldn't have been. 2014 Grandby.
