How many gallery pics per post?

Howdy,

I just wrote a fairly lengthy post with many pics to explain a solar upgrade I did.

Error says sorry, but you have posted more pictures than you're allowed to.

I used the gallery BBCode method for the pics.

How many can you add per post?

So I don't lose my whole post, can I copy and paste the whole post into replies and then delete the excess?

I'm not sure the exact maximum number of pics per post, but it's around 14 - 15+/- in my experience,
When I've needed to post more then, yes, I add a reply.

To try to avoid losing what you've done so far I'd suggest opening a second window or tab in your browser and work from the first as your master as you add replies -- yes, copying from the first to a reply....something like that.

Thanks again for the advice. I am a horribly slow writer and I was dreading losing that whole thing. For me that was a lot of text lol...
