Very interesting. I have heard it said that some of the vegetative changes listed and results thereof could be attributable to fires as well. It is a good reminder of how everything is connected to everything else. Change one thing and you change everything.

Nature rules! You can say the same thing when you rid of cattle and/or manage them properly ! Once the ecosystem gets in balance the world changes out there, common sense, less grazing impacts more grass and the whole cycle gets better, still I don't know if this reasoning will stop the states from killing off the wolves as fast as they can when they stray from the national parks! Unfortunately, politics keeps trying to change good old mother nature!
