I like the idea. One of the big things I see is condensation on the exposed aluminum inside the cabin. That and the bed is a bit to short for me. I swear if I was a couple inches shorter life would be much easier (cheaper).
 
I like them. An aluminum monocoque should be lighter and stronger that just about anything not made of carbon. Even if there is condensation the camper has nowhere for it to get absorbed into so no harm.
 
If you want a hard side and lose all the benefits of a pop up I guess it'd be worth looking at. Seems like there are a lot of options in campers coming out nowdays. Thats a good thing even if some of them (likely inevitably) go by the wayside.
