You cracked me up with that one. I noticed the $150 also. The only reason I didn't point that out to Marc is I've met the guy. He butchers the English language so bad, I'm not surprised he can't deal with standard units vs metric. :p

Seriously though, you say the sellers are clients of yours. Good for you and for them. IMO, they will be getting a nicer expedition vehicle for less $ than their current one. A smart move.
