Does anyone have any experience with mounting a motorcycle to a Sprinter? I have seen mounts like this: https://bestchoiceproducts.com/products/steel-motorcycle-scooter-dirtbike-carrier-hauler-hitch-mount-rack-ramp-anti-tilt?utm_medium=cpc&utm_source=googlepla&variant=21283123523&gclid=CjwKEAjw9_jJBRCXycSarr3csWcSJABthk07Zc3IRaLb85cdd_giAZsw1512Ky_lkFmcde8gZK1A7BoCpZ_w_wcB.

However if I have it on the back I won't be able to open the back doors. So I am thinking a front mount, or a mount that swings? But that would probably be too heavy.

Thank you!

I have a friend that has a swing away that is about the same weight at the fixed rack you are referring to, about 60 lbs.
He carries his XR600, not sure how much it weighs, but it is a large dual sport.
I believe that he just talked to his local welder to make it, so, no brand name I can point you to.
It is amazing how solid the bushing/bearing and the pin of the swing away part is.
The welder made the choice of which bushing/bearing and pin to purchase, there are a lot of them available.
Find a good welder.

Also, I have a carrier like that I got at Harbor Freight and it doesn't set the bike out far enough and the handle bars rub against the camper. I used it once to pick up a bike I'd just bought, but won't use it again - maybe with an extender but not sure how stable that'd be.

I have an Ultimate MX Hauler hydraulic carrier. New they are pricey, but I found mine on CL. It lowers enough so I can open the camper door even with a bike on.

I agree with Hoyden. If I get one the MX hauler looks the best to me. I like that you can let it down and get into your camper without having to take the thing off every time :)

I have a Versahaul that I have used on a few vehicles, currently with my Tundra. I like it a lot, very strong and stabile.
