I’m on the prowl for the ideal chairs to bring camping, particularly when we have the truck/camper.
We have both ends of the spectrum, from folding chaise lounges, to extremely light and portable backpacking chairs.
We are looking for something just right. (Insert Goldilocks reference)
We’ve been sacrificing space and typically bring the chaise lounges because they’re too comfortable not to.
But they aren’t the best around the fire, and they are kind of cumbersome.
I feel like I’ve seen everything, and may be narrowing our search, but am really interested to see what everyone else chooses for their camper needs and why, so please post a pic and your reasoning, pros/cons.
Thanks!

There are a couple of threads here on that subject, but I can't seem to be able to pull them up! Lot's of us here been us here have been using Strongback chairs(Strongbackchairs.com) for years-easy to store and comfy! I have a chaise lounge and also a director chair and sometimes I carry them but usually just carry one of those old aluminum/plastic folding chairs with a nice soft cushion added, my strongback and a couple of those cheap Ace type ones that don't take up much space. What I carry, depends on what I am planning to do/go; If I'm planning to go to allot of places and be on the move allot, I'll carry the later, if I plan to meet up with friends and stay in one place for a while, I'll carry the other stuff. [should this question be posted in another thread on camp stuff/acc and not here?
