Pre-wiring

Can anybody suggest a place to have the electrical pre wired prior to buying a used 4 four wheel camper? I've tried a few places local to me in the San Diego area, but no luck. I'm thinking I can install the I bolts with the measurements given, but if I can get the whole thing done at once in one location I might opt for that. Any leads would be helpful.
