Project M, Double door conversion (looking for a fabricator)

Hey all, we have a project M on our short bed F150, and really love it—but it would be even better for us if we were able to convert over to double doors. Does anyone out there know a fabricator (we're in Santa Cruz, CA) who could build something like this for us? See the image below for an example.
