Custom User Title
I got one today labeled "Past Due Invoice". Since I've never ordered anything from them I was suspicious.
One Red Flag!
The "Invoice" is an html attachment and my email client could not preview it.
Two Red Flags!
The text body looks legitimate and they had the correct eddress for Cari @ Phoenix. They are aware of this and are taking steps to stop or resolve it.
