Renogy DC Home App?

I have a Renogy with built in BT.

Was working fine, but now won't connect to my Android phone?

Connects fine to the wife's iPhone..

Anyone experience this?

(I tried the standard steps, re-boot, uninstall/reinstall)...

If you have not already tried this, tell Android to forget the Renogy BT device and then "re-pair" it. If you can pair again and it still doesn't work, unpair ("forget" again), uninstall and then reinstall the Renogy App and try pairing again.
 
Maybe unrelated, but............

I use the Renogy DC Home app to monitor my smart battery with an Android tablet. Last week it stopped working - said there was an update, click on the update and I get the message "app no longer compatible with your device".

I have a case number with tech support and spent over an hour with one of the lower tier techies last Tuesday. I was told on the phone that my device and operating system version work with the update. The case was kicked up to a higher level. I have not heard back.

From my limited viewpoint, I suspect the app now has issues.
 
I ended up creating a new user profile (suggested somewhere) and it works fine now?? strange....
 
Update to my post above - I was told there are issues with the latest update to the DC Home app that they hope to have resolved next week.
