Living in Virginia seems to make me "wish to be out West" at least every other year. In Late April into May I wandered out that a way and enjoyed/explored Northeastern New Mexico. My New Mexico focus areas were Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Las Vegas, Los Alamos and the vast National Forests of the region.
On the way out I enjoyed time in Little Rock, AR. and the Amarillo TX area to include Palo Duro Canyon State Park.
