I recently bought a WFCO 8725 power distribution center for my ancient Grandby rehab. When I read the instructions (sparse) it said to connect a wire (forget which one) to a chassis ground. Any ideas on how to do that? Do I just connect the correct wire to a frame member in the camper?

Yes. You also connect the battery's negative side to the frame. It is always better if the grounds are close to each other (sometimes can never happen) and are making clean tight connections to the frame.
