Selling a truck that carried a FWC

Hi all - I think it is time to move on from my 2007 Tundra, which has been carrying my 2017 Hawk, and go to a 2500HD.

What steps have you taken when getting ready to sell (or trade in) your truck that carried your FWC?

My first thought was remove the eye bolts and plug-in wiring. But then again, maybe just leave the wiring as it doesn't interfere with the bed.

Have you sold privately or traded in? Any thing you learned from the sale?

I'm in the process of selling my 2004 Double Cab Tundra (1 gen).

Looking to upgrade to a 2007 or 2008 Tundra with 4x4.

Getting up to Idaho wound not be a problem for the right truck.
