Hi all, have an 04 Grandby shell. It came with wood screws in the side rails that served to retain/limit the slide out portion of the bed. I replaced these with blocks of wood, monkey glued, onto the rails and sidewalls after the original screws ending up wearing away the frame and no longer worked. The blocks worked for quite awhile until we got into the high temps of LV this past week. Blocks are too small to screw down without splitting. What have other folks done to remedy this? Making it work right now with C-clamps! Def not a long term solution.
