Is this camper exactly eight feet long?
And the bed rail depth on my 2006 Tundra is 21 inches. Would this camper clear the bed rail if it sits on the floor of the bed?

Hello, yes it is exactly 8' long and the bottom to over hang is 21 1/2"

An ATC Cougar is for full size trucks with 8’ beds. You should be looking for an ATC Bobcat, or a FWC Fleet or Eagle.

No it is a shell model with some additional accessories that are listed in the AD. It fits a full size truck with 8' bed or 6.5 with tail gate down
