*SOLD* to a nice fellow from Nelson, BC. Thanks for looking.

It is with heavy hearts that we list our 2006 Eagle shell. We love it, but we are needing a bigger truck. This camper was imported to Victoria, British Columbia from FWC in Woodland. We have used it for approx. 6 weeks per year since we purchased it second hand in 2010. Always stored it indoors.

Eagle shell options:

8' Fiamma awning
House battery withbattery isolator
Arctic Pack
4 Jacks
Fantastic Fan - 3 speed
Extra full size window drivers side
12V outlet
Couch - converts into bed

Stuff we have added:

Interior cabinet and counter
Upgraded high density foam bedding - 4 inches
Roof racks
Newer linoleum

The camper is in good condition with normal wear and tear. It does not have heat or water. Just a shell.

The camper lives in Victoria, BC, Canada (on Vancouver Island). Local folks should take advantage of a rare opportunity and others from the mainland USA or Canada are only a ferry ride away.

Asking $7500 Canadian.

Thanks.

Hi busboy66,
Im interested in your camper, unable to open photos, can you email it to me?

Thanks.

I'm going to be in Victoria in 10 days and I'm shopping for a Shell. I have a full sized truck, so a Hawk is what I should be looking at.
I have a 2009 GMC regular cab, with 6'6" box.

If anyone wants to chime in on the chance of an Eagle working, feel free.

While you could make it fit, it wouldn't look very pretty. It would have to be raised off the bed of the truck, maybe 4 to 6 inches.

I'm glad you sold your camper. I bet you cried.

I've only seen 2 FWCs for sale in Canada in the past 2 months. Yours and a 2004 Hawk (In Richmond) which the guy wants $14000 for.
Yours was a fair price. I'm sure the new owners are delighted,

What do you plan on buying now, with the bigger truck?

Thanks Bill. Yes a little tear. We had some good times and great trips with the camper.

We aren't sure what to go with. Maybe a Hawk, but the exchange rate is killer right now.

I hear you, I'm in the same boat. I've been watching the exchange rate every day. 1 cent = $200 on a $20,000 build. It's painful to watch the build cost $200 more every day. The forecast is for the dollar to drop even more, so who knows...

I plan on visiting Morrissey Industries (Vancouver) next Friday. I'll be camping in your back yard at Goldstream on Sat. Feb 28.
Yes, I'm a bit crazy/early. I'll be tent camping, but living in Edmonton for the past 40 years has toughened me up :) . I'm praying for sunshine.

Have fun with your Hawk build.

Would you go for a shell again or a full camper?

I'm not sure what to get next go round. The shell was great. We only used it for storage and sleep. We always cooked and sat by the fire until we were too cold/tired/tipsy, then hopped into bed.

If we get another FWC, most likely it would be a shell. I like the simplicity. My dream rig is a 3/4 ton with an 8' Alaskan cab over.

The buyer comes Saturday. I'll help him install it on his Tacoma.

Have fun on your journey. We were at Goldstream to see the spawning salmon in November. The smell should be gone by now. :D
