Not sure how this will work out as never posted a trip report, and this only way I can figure how to add pictures. But just enjoyed 2 weeks in the blue mountains. They had an extra 6" of rain, making the sunflower, lupines, Indian paint brush etc, etc, that much better and more prolific. We initially came up from pomeroy, and enjoyed a few days at 5000'. There is still snow blocking the road at 6000' ft, sunset point, so went down into Lewiston for the weekend, than came back up thru anatone and fields spring state park, which is equally gorgeous.
