Nice!

No Egrets here in Wyoming, just tons of snow. Stay warm folks and have a blessed Thanksgiving.

I'm 2800 miles from home having Thanksgiving with Carolina friends.

This was living room pre-feast waiting...hungrily.

It's nice to be far from home (traveling with my truck and trailer) and still able to spend the holiday with folks.

Happy Thanksgiving to all! We hope everyone has a great day. :)

After our early morning walk, we picked the remaining apples from our tree - about a third of this year's crop.

The inside bowl was also filled.

Several were diced up and went into the dressing that is currently cooking outside in the pellet grill.

Our freezer compartment is already filled with cored, sliced, and peeled apples ready for apple pies. Also in the freezer is several packets of peaches from our trees for peach pies.

I'm, obviously, working up an appetite for the big feed. :)

All the little apples when to the mules for treats.
Thanks.I also make an apple pie for the holidays.I have using a recipe from an ancient Betty Crocker cook book.
It's an apple crumb one.
The daughters ask every year for it.
Happy eating.
