Answer to suspension question to TorqLift on top and question below:
"Thank you for letting us help you today. The StableLoad system is designed to activate the overload springs earlier to help with the squat and side to side sway when traveling with a truck camper. When your truck and camper is faced with a side wind the wind side will lift, but no more than it will with the factory suspension. On the back side because the StableLoads are activating the overload springs it will help keep the suspension from compressing reducing sway. Anytime you are adding weight and stress to a spring it will accelerate wear and tear, but we have been running the StableLoads on our own shop vehicles for over 10 years with no significant overload spring fatigue. To date we have not been notified of a single leaf spring failure with the StableLoads. When driving offroad the upper StableLoads will limit rear suspension articulation. A big benefit of the lower StableLoads is when they are not in use they can be disconnected to return your ride and suspension articulation to factory levels. Are there any other questions I can answer for you today?
Thank you and have a wonderful day!

Subject: StableLoads and handling
Comments: As it appears neither Upper StableLoads nor Lower StableLoads are pre-loaded, wouldnt this increase likelihood of the side of a vehicle on the inside of a curve or on the windward side of a gust of wind to therefore lift more than the other side squats, thus negatively effecting handling? I assume this would also be the issue with post aftermarket helper springs.\r\n\r\nI have a 2020 F-350 SuperCab longbed 4x4 with OEM camper package and assume the factory rear anti-roll bar that came with that would help. Camper will be a Hallmark Ute and on truck most of the time. Hallmark recommends upper StableLoads to start. I have concerns over lower StableLoads leading to metal fatigue of lower overload spring. With either, I also have concerns over articulation during off-highway travel. Comments? Thanks. OK to post this in Q&A or comments.
