$2K for the camper. I'm selling both, but once the camper is gone then $9K for the truck. I dropped the price for the camper from $3K to $2K, because when I started using it this season the heater isn't working, I can't figure it out, and I don't want to put any more money into it at this point. I worked last season, but we have had to use the Mr. Buddy Heater many times when we have run out of propane and Mr. Buddy keeps it toasty warm through the night in the CO mountains in the winter with 1 bottle change. I'm including the Mr. Buddy heater. The 3 burner stove works just fine.
I am the original owner of the truck. I put the camper on the truck 4 seasons ago and have been having a blast sleeping in the mountains on weekend ski trips as well as in the summer. I recently brought the truck to 2 garages to make sure it's in ready for action condition. I'm selling it with everything in it including: Rugs that fit perfect and keep your feet warm in the winter, trailer hitch step, step to brush snow off the roof when it's popped, long arm roof scraper, backup Mr. Buddy heater, after market insulation, and more.
Recent fixes include: $3K+ into the suspension and steering, new parking break, and 4 new tires. Airbags to support the extra weight of the camper. This camper is big and roomy as it extends to the tailgate, plus it's wood which is warmer, but also heavy. However, the suspension is reinforced with airbags, creating a smooth ride.
The Camper:
Four Seasons Campers, Magnum Edition
The camper is actually a 3 season camper (despite the company name) that I've made aftermarket insulation and have comfortably used for 4 CO ski seasons. Even when not sleeping in it, it's convenient place to change or hangout!
I've never used the plumbing or water.
3 burner stove
Ice Box
Lots of storage
Camper has a separate battery that charges when the truck is driving.
Cigarette lighter outlet in the camper for charging.
Aftermarket Insulation including:
-Down quilting that covers the lower windows, we keep it up all the time.
-Mylar bubblewrap insulation that adheres to the ceiling by velcro and covers the canvas pop-up part.
There is a fiberglass patch that's sealed and solid on the outside above the driver side door.
Truck:
182k miles
Original owner
Extra Cab
Power windows
CD/cassette player
Aftermarket airbags in rear suspension
