Unable to upload in certain of my albums

In two of nine albums that I have I am unable to upload because the controls to select the file are missing along with all other related controls.

Jim and I spoke on the phone to see what we could do together. It looks like the buttons in the bottom box are missing. I'm not sure if he is running up against an album size limit, or if there is a software issue. Would one of the admins please help.

Yes Steve. No change as of today.

I created a "#2 album" for my "Eagle shell Amateur Build" pics as a - work-around- until the original one gets repaired as
I am still "improving" the camper so I need to update the photos on the original post
