WTB: Slide In Camper For Chevy Blazer

I know this is a long shot, but I am looking for a FWC style slide in camper for my 1987 K5 Blazer.

Willing to drive from Oklahoma to pickup the camper. Distance depends condition and price of the camper.

I am more worried about structural condition than if it is completely original or not. Price is negotiable but hoping to find a good one for around 5K or less.
