WTW is Acting Strangely

When posting a new topic, I get a calendardateselect error that will close and let me proceed, but I can't upload a photo, and missing editor options.

I logged out, then came back in as a guest. The birthday notifications appeared to be for a different day.

I'm accessing from my phone via Chrome for Android. When I click on the "Full Version" button at the bottom, nothing happens.
When I select Desktop Site on the Chrome controls it changes but I still don't get what I should.

Yes, when I reply the reply dialog box lacks font, font size, all the stuff that used to be along the top.
