WTW Site - App Problem

For the last 3 days I have been unable to access WTW on my phone. It kept saying the app shut down. I figured I would try deleting it and go to the app store to re-installed. No such luck, no WTW. I was sure I set it up off the app store. Now I have to sign-in after entering the website. How can I get the app?

Maybe an old question but I don’t use the phone much for WTW ... when did the ads start?... it jars the thought process.
