Complete user error on my part bent the heck out of one of the alum. poles on my 6 year old Kelty Shade House last summer. (serious winds at Bridge Bay CG when we were out for the afternoon).
It was nice/new enough that I didn't want a backyard fix so I contacted Kelty about buying a new pole or set if I had to. They said send it in. Got it back with a replaced pole and bungee in about 10 days and only cost to me was 1 way shipping.
I'd completely buy a Kelty product again. Great customer service.
