The Hawk is in excellent condition. Pop up material and upholstery on bed and couch in excellent condition. No leaks or water damage. Has been completely garaged its whole life when not in use. Non-smoker family. I bought it from the original owner. It still had the plastic wrap on the ice cube trays in the freezer
Has these items/options and all working great:
Stainless Sink, 2 Burner Stove, 20 Gallon Water Tank, 6 Gallon Hot Water Heater, Outside Shower, Furnace w/ Thermostat, 3-Way Refrigerator (can run on either 12V battery, 120V AC shore power, or propane), 12 volt Deep Cycle RV/Marine Battery is working but toward the end of its life cycle, Roll over coach, powered roof vent, Interior Lighting, king/queen converts Cabover Bed w/ Mattress, 4 Corner Mechanical Camper Jacks, Screen Door, Propane Tank.
