Just got a Lagun table to install in my Hawk shell. I assume they need to be through bolted with the provided hardware? If I use the 1/2” mounting plate on the exterior for better mounting will it fit between the wheel wells? Any other pieces of advice? I have some brackets made for a fold over couch that will be the chairs. So they’ll have the ability to fully recline into a bed/couch.

I have a set of OEM FWC Awning Bracket (and nuts/bolts) Plates you can have if needed. They should be perfect as they are used to mount several FWC products.

How much are you looking to sell them for?

I mounted mine to the back wall. Keeps the main area mostly open. I didnt actually screw it to the back wall though. I glued two pieces of 3/4" wood together, and added a strip at the top to stop any bowing. I drilled through the plate I made and put 1/4-20 threads in the holes through the back. I pushed the plate against the wall and hold it in place with a small strip screwed to the cabinets on either side. Roll over couch still opens completely.

Ended up installing it with supplied bolts just through the side plywood. Super solid, I was going to use the supplied square of ply on the backside for additional support but the bolts weren’t long enough.

I’ll either replace with longer bolts or bigger washers at a later date, I don’t think it’s necessary but just some added security.

Ignore the clutter and weird dog. We are just using cheap tripod chairs from REI for now. The plan is to configure some kind of permanent seating. But during hunting season there is a kennel to the left, where the dog bed is, so this option might be the best for flexibility.

Looking at yer pup, I’m thinkin’ you got one of them Ugly Dogs. I’ve got two, Fritz is a svelte 92 pounds. In my Bobcat, there wasn’t enough room for the pup and me.

Yep he’s a Draht! He’s at 60lbs right now and definitely makes it tighter. But we make it work. He’s usually just chilling up on the bed when we are in the camper, but will do some occasional surprise inspections.

Forgive me, Jzack605! Probably my sick mind but the first thing I thought of when I saw your Draht was, "He is taking a..." Well, you know!
