RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West New Panther is born

I love the Panther, good luck with your purchase LarsBoom. I didn't consider a Cougar on my short bed (6 1/2 ft) truck. I had an 8 ft FWC Ranger (old model) as my last camper on my old short bed Tundra. That model was very narrow and we liked having the extra room that the 8 ft camper...

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West New Panther is born

We made it home... It was a great trip out to northern California, we really enjoyed that part of the country. The camper shakedown went well and everything worked as expected. Hats off to the ATC crew, they make a great camper.

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West New Panther is born

Basically, it's a vented elbow attached to the drain and hose made from pvc fittings from home depot. On the other end, I drilled out the cap on the reliance water jug with a 1" hole saw bit. Then added the hose connector from pvc fittings as well. It all folds up and fits the propane tank locker.

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West New Panther is born

Rockcod, I fabricated the Grey water setup based on examples on WTW. I'll post closeups when, I get a chance. It is just pvc fittings, a leader hose and a reliance collapsible water carrier. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-T337A using Wander The West mobile app

Thanks guys. The camping gear, which was boxed up when I sold the FWC Ranger, is out and ready to pack. The air bags and sway bar are installed on the Tundra. I just removed the tonneau cover and tailgate. And installed a rear camera from CameraSource. The countdown continues...

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West One Year Anniversary! Meet Bob the Bobcat

I was able to carry kayaks on the factory rack on my old FWC Ranger using a Yakima saddle and hully rollers. The old Yakima mounts worked on either round or square bars and worked on the factory bars as well. If I was buying today, I would look at the Malone SeaWing. The mounts raised the kayak...

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West What are the must have add ones? From ATC or self built. I'm about to order!

Hi KRS1, You can see what I ordered in this thread. My ATC Panther is being built right now and I can't wait to make the trip to pick it up. I had a FWC Ranger for 10 years so was pretty sure about what I wanted in my new ATC Panther. Keep in mind that everyone has their own unique wants and...

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West Vintage roof racks Vs. Big canoe?

I had a FWC Ranger with the factory welded square tube rack. I carried 2 canoes on the roof without incident. You must tie the bow and stern to something other than the rack. I tied the stern to the jack attachment points and the bow to the truck. I drove from Denver to Yellowstone across...

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West ATC Panther on the drawing board

I talked to Marty last week to make some final tweaks to my order and he said they have started the metal work on my Panther. He said they are building two Panthers at the same time and are calling them the twins. ETA is 3-4 weeks. If anyone happens by ATC HQ please snap some pictures to...

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West Water sloshing out of sink/fauset?

advmoto18 The second time did it still leak into the sink? Or was the water on the floor? On my old FWC, I used to get some leaking from the tank fill tube when I overfilled the water tank.
