thx for the excellent TR and video. the rig a a big step up from your pop up camper !!

my atc has screws through roof into internal framing, so just by looking at them, you can tell where the internal frames are.

ouch ! that could have easily been much worse. there was a guy here in pdx who stored his camp table under the foward portion of his camper that overhangs the truck cab. he used some z brkts with some sort of lock mechanism. worked for him

i went with the atc shell, and had them put what i think is their std propane door in. its on driver side, middle of camper. i am thinking, that a better place is in the back corner, so you can have the propane closer, more out of the way. with it in the middle, i figure i need to configure...

i received my atc ocelot shell this past march. i had them put their 'standard' propane door in the side. if i did it again, i would have that door put either in the rear, or as far back as they could on the side. i would also have them put jack brtkts on passenger side that go all the way to...

wow. reminds me of years ago we would fish the salmonfly hatch on the deschutes, and in some places we would scramble in the trees/bushes and find the redsides in the shade. only way to cast was like that fellow. we called it the bow and arrow, or slingshot cast. pretty hard to land the fish...

hope the tooth ache is now gone. next time u drive up the 138 on the north umpqua, you might drive up steamboat creek. there is a place up there where the steelhead hang out in a large cool pool. a fellow has been 'guarding' the pool for years. its quite the sight. keep up the great trip...

in sept, i was in the northern wallowas, camping at a FS campground. the FS had just allowed fires 2 wks prior, but had to be in existing fire rings. i set up camp, and happened to look into firepit, and realized it was still warm/hot. previous camper had just left, and not watered it down...

ok, dumb question - what is the benefit of the white paint on the bolts and parts? is it to highlight when something is coming loose?

in march, i picked up my atc, and also bought a horizontal tank from them. dont know what they charged.
